The vision to transform youth, men, women, schools/colleges/universities, businesses, government and communities in South Africa and beyond, started as a vision in the heart of Pierre Eksteen, after receiving three visions and a prophecy in May of 2000. Only as time progressed the vision became clearer, especially after sharing it with Gerrie Strydom. Gerrie also received a similar vision of transformation in 2007.
After sharing the vision with one other in April 2008, Pierre and Gerrie started sharing the vision with prominent leaders in Mogale City. Soon they realized that the vision of transformation was alive in the hearts of many stakeholders in Mogale City.
During a formal presentation to all stakeholders in Mogale in September 2008, the vision to transform Mogale was adopted by all stakeholders, and the Executive Board of Transformation SA-Mogale was formed in November 2008.
OVERVIEW
Transformation SA, extending to AFRICA is an outflow and continuance of the work started by Pierre and Gerrie in Mogale City. Pierre continues to pursue the vision of Transformation, whilst Gerrie pursues his vision.
Transformation SA, extending into Africa's vision is to EMPOWER people in our communities - by training, equipping, motivating, encouraging, and mentoring youth, men, and women - in youth institutions, organizations, businesses, government, and the broader community.
Our objectives are to INFORM, EQUIP, TRAIN, MOTIVATE and MENTOR youth, adults, businesses, government and communities - empowering them to overcome all their emotional, relational and wellness-related challenges. We can also act as facilitator and coordinator between role-players in the community, to establish effective transformation in communities across Africa, through the changing of people’s hearts, the renewal of their minds, and the joining of hands and resources to successfully build a unified, caring, loving, healthy, sustainable, and safe community for all.
We aim to create a "community" or "environment" where people can voice their concerns for a safer, healthier, and economically sound society, addressing the well-being of individuals and families through structured initiatives, programs, and projects. Needs in respective Youth Institutions, businesses, government, and communities can be accessed, resources sought, and projects initiated to bring healing, hope, peace, and unity in the community.
The word transformation has the following meanings:
True transformation starts with a choice that each person has to make in their own heart, humbly acknowledging that they need to change. Every person in the "community" is seen as a transforming agent, with outreach in the community as an act of "servanthood", working toward a loving, caring, healthy, safe, and peaceful society for all. No person is excluded form this process of transformation, no matter their background, culture, language, gender or religion.
One thing that must be restored before transformation can take effect is sound moral values. Most Schools, Businesses, and Governments have committed itself to this process of moral regeneration.
Every person has to take responsibility for their own choices, in everything they say or do - contributing to an environment/community where all people can live in harmony with each other, even if they disagree with each other on certain issues.

The lifestyle that we adopt - the choices we make - our thoughts, words, and conduct have the ability to touch and transform lives, or destroy lives.
Our lives are a reflection of who we are, what we believe in, and whom we serve.
We should strive to make informed and wise choices that will TRANSFORM and BUILD-UP lives, rather than destroy lives.
Our Team @ Transformation SA believes in serving our people in love, with humility and integrity, and by compassion. We have weighed the cost, and are willing to pay the price, to do whatever it takes to serve, equip, motivate, encourage and uplift our people - making our communities and country a better place for all. We CANNOT do this alone. We humbly request individuals, business, organizations, and groups to assist us in this challenging task - whether by lending a helping hand, or through your financial support.
We will introduce you to our team members on the Our Team Page, following this page on the menu bar (at the top of every page).
