Transformation

"Be the change you desire to see"
"You have a voice and a choice - use it wisely to transform lives, not destroy lives"
Our YOUNG PEOPLE in schools, colleges, universities and communities are confronted with many challenges and issues that continue to escalate. There are many voices speaking to our YOUTH today. They often struggle to discern which voices are the right ones to listen to and follow. The lack of proper life-skills keep our young people BOUND in certain areas of their lives. Our young people, their families, as well as communities, are constantly challenged and traumatized by the effects of crime, violence, negative peer pressure, bullying, alcohol and drug abuse, sexual promiscuity and rape, abortion, depression, suicide, and many other-related issues. These issues are often an outflow of a lack of acceptance and love, proper knowledge, and the need to [fit-in]. Our young people lack important LIFE-SKILLS - these skills will EMPOWER them to make INFORMED DECISIONS, enabling them to successfully OVERCOME all the challenges and struggles that confront their families, and them every day. Life-skills will also empower our YOUNG people to pursue their purpose in life, making a positive contribution to the wellness of our society. We ASSIST Youth Institutions in addressing, resolving, and preventing issues that CONFRONT our schools/colleges/universities/groups/institutions/community every day.
We require to be much more PRO-ACTIVE in preventing possible trauma, and/or loss, rather than wait for tragedy to occur, and then do damage control.

Extensive EMPOWERMENT and DEVELOPMENT Program
Our proposed programs and services are NOT presented from a religious perspective, and are OPEN to ALL LEARNERS from the age of twelve (12) – irrespective of their background, culture, race, gender, or religious orientation. Our programs and services can be presented in both English and Afrikaans. We will ADDRESS ALL the CORE ISSUES that CONFRONT our YOUNG PEOPLE every day.
Our program will be presented in five (5) Phases.
WHY this program? Is it really necessary?
'Since working with youth in 1999, I (Pierre) have seen so much hurt, pain, disappointment, brokenness, anger, resentment, unforgiveness, depression, hopelessness, and confusion in the lives of young people (as well as their families). I have seen many youth imprisoned, some of them killed, and many others’ lives destroyed because they believed the LIE that nobody cares'.
Our team CARES about YOU - many other people in the community CARE - family and friends CARE - and your Creator CARES! Because we CARE, we have answered the call to DO SOMETHING regarding the many struggles, challenges and hardships that confront our young people every day. We understand that they are faced with many issues - which they don’t always know how to approach, confront, and resolve.
We are here to HELP and SERVE our young people!
We are here to ACCEPT and LOVE them!
We are here because we truly CARE about them!
We are NOT here to judge, reject, or condemn them!
We are here to ASSIST and MENTOR them to be all - who they were created to be.
